Our staff has a history of excellent patient-retention rates in all studies, including multiple-year studies. Our certified coordinators are friendly, caring, and interested in our study participants and their lives. They build relationships with the study participants that lasts during and after the study is over.

Our study participants like to come to our office and look forward to their visits. We schedule the participant’s study visits with as much flexibility as the protocol allows in order to accommodate their busy schedules.
